Date and description: Statement of the activity completed and date of delivery, e.g. “Process strategy for warehouse management on November 17th.”
Duration: Statement of the working time spent on the activity in decimal hours (e.g. “0.5 h” corresponds to 30 minutes).
Hourly rate: Net hourly rate in dollars per hour.
Amount: Calculated as duration x hourly rate
Other expenses: Details of expenses that will be invoiced to the client.
Total: sum of the net amounts
VAT: The VAT or GST rate depends on your country. It might be 0% for small businesses. Special rules apply if your client is based in a country from yours.
Total amount: Calculated from total + VAT.
VAT ID No .: VAT identification number, if available.
Commercial register location and number: Only if the invoice issuer is registered at a business register.
